Catalog Description 

 

Organization of data, central tendency and dispersion, probability, concept of random variables, binomial and normal probability distributions. No credit for 250 if already credit for 450A, PSY 120, PSY 121, PSY 221, ISE 304, or ISE 305.

 

Prerequisites

MATH 113 OR PLACEMENT LEVEL 2 OR HIGHER & (NOT MATH 450A OR PSY 120 OR 121 OR 221 OR ISE 304 OR 305)

Grading

All exams should be done independently; otherwise you will be guilty of plagiarism. A student who is caught cheating will get an F for the course and will be referred to student judiciaries for further action.
Attendance at the scheduled examinations and final is required. There is no provision for absences due to vacations, family outings and other social activities, other special plans and appointments, etc.  Absences due to illness require a medical excuse on Physician's letterhead, signed by the physician, which must be submitted before any alternate arrangements for the exam will be considered.
