Sergio Lopez-Permouth Speaks at the Intl. Conference on Categorical Methods for Rings and Modules

Sergio R. Lopez-Permouth, was an invited main speaker at the International Conference on Categorical Methods for Rings and Modules dedicated to Jose Luis Gomez Pardo on his 60th birthday.  The conference was held at Universidad de Murcia in Murcia, Spain, December 3-6, 2007.   Dr. Lopez-Permouth's presentation was entitled "Rational Power Series, Sequential Codes and Periodicity of Sequences" and was based on joint work with Xiang-dong Hou, Associate Professor of Mathematics and Statistics, University of South Florida,  and with Benigno Parra-Avila, Graduate Student, Department of Mathematics, Ohio University.
