Bruno Buchberger, father of Grobner bases, initiates Center of Ring Theory and Applications spring tutorial lecture series
The Center for Ring Theory and its Applications will be sponsoring three tutorial lecture series this spring.
Bruno Buchberger, the father of Grobner bases.
The first speaker will be Professor Bruno Buchberger of the Department of Computer Mathematics, Head of Softwarepark Hagenberg,Research Institute for Symbolic Computation, Austria. Professor Buchberger's stay in Athens will be during the week of April 19-22, 2009. Details about his lectures may be found at the CRA web-page.
