Proceedings of the Conference: The Proceedings of the Conference will be published (after usual refereeing) by the Publisher Birkhauser, Basel, Heidelburg, London, New York. The deadline of submission of the articles is December 15, 2008. The authors should send their articles to any one of the editors: Dinh V Huynh (huynh@math.ohiou.edu) or Sergio R Lopez-Permouth (slopez@math.ohiou.edu).

OU Inn is designated as the conference hotel. The conference rate is $65 plus taxes per night. Reservation must be made by May 30, 2008 to get the conference rate.
