Simulating the Evolution of Contest Escalation by
Winfried Just and Xiaolu Sun.
The paper investigates the following question: Why is it that in some animal species
fights are more often initiated by the eventual loser rather than the
eventual winner? The simulations reported in that paper were
done with the program MULTIKEEP. At this web site we present detailed
information about this program, its source code, as well as the output files
on which the paper is based.
You are welcome to download and run these programs,
under the condition that you will not hold their authors
responsible for any possible malfunction of the programs.
