All foreign
visitors wishing to enter the People's Republic of China must have
a valid passport. Visas will also be required for some participants.
Participants should confirm for themselves as to whether they need a
visa for entry to China. For further
information, participants are recommended to consult their carrier, local
travel agencies, or the nearest Chinese Diplomatic Mission. Those who
need an official letter of invitation in order to attend the conference
may write to the conference office specifying the details. This procedure,
however, is for assisting participants who need to obtain a visa or
permission to attend IWCSE-2005 and is not an official invitation for
any other purposes. It should be emphasized that the conference office
basically can not issue any document for visa application except for
those who give a presentation at the conference IWCSE-2005.
